For Authentic Leaders Group alumni

Authentic Leaders: The Deep End

More curiosity, connection, and practice.

You’ve explored the concepts. You’ve developed greater awareness of your leadership patterns, challenges, and opportunities for growth. But what happens when you take that understanding into the messy, complicated reality of leading other humans?

Welcome to The Deep End.

This six-month experience is exclusively for alumni of the Authentic Leaders Group who want to continue their leadership development in a supportive, challenging, and collaborative community.

An emergent approach

Unlike our original group, The Deep End won’t follow a pre-recorded curriculum. Instead, we’ll take an emergent approach, allowing the real-life experiences, questions, and developmental needs of group members to guide our exploration.

In our first meeting, we’ll identify the areas where you want to deepen your understanding and practice of leadership. We might revisit concepts like power, conflict, integrity, trust, shame, or the Enneagram, but rather than simply learning more about these topics, we’ll explore and unpack how they’re showing up in your leadership right now.

This is an opportunity to practice being rather than knowing.

Each month, we’ll create space for honest reflection, meaningful consultation, new practices, and the kind of conversations that help us recognize leadership growth edges.

I’ll offer additional education, frameworks, and exercises as they become relevant to what emerges in the group. And you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of our work together.
