Getting Hired: Terms and Conditions
By registering for Getting Hired: A 4-Session Career Lab for Therapists, you agree to the following:
Educational Program
Getting Hired is an educational and professional development program. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and the program is not psychotherapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, or employment placement.
No Guarantee of Employment
The program is designed to provide education, resources, feedback, and support related to the job search and hiring process. Participation does not guarantee interviews, employment offers, specific compensation, or any other employment outcome.
Payment & Registration
Registration is confirmed upon payment or enrollment in an approved payment plan. Participants who select a payment plan remain responsible for all scheduled payments.
Cancellation & Refunds
Because participants receive access to digital educational materials as part of the program, registration fees are non-refundable once program materials have been made available. If you are unable to attend a live session you will be able to watch the recording at a later date. Missed live sessions do not entitle participants to a refund.
If Head/Heart Business Therapy cancels the program, participants will receive a refund of program fees paid.
Live Sessions & Confidentiality
Participants may discuss professional experiences during live group sessions. While Head/Heart Business Therapy will encourage all participants to respect one another’s privacy and confidentiality, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
Participants agree not to share identifying information about clients or other protected health information during the program. When discussing clinical or workplace experiences, participants are responsible for removing or altering identifying details as appropriate.
Recording
Live group sessions will be recorded for participants to review. Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, transcribe, or otherwise reproduce live sessions without prior permission.
Educational Materials & Intellectual Property
Program materials are provided for the registered participant’s individual educational use. Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, sold, published, or shared with others without written permission from Head/Heart Business Therapy.
Professional Responsibility
Participants remain responsible for their own professional, employment, financial, and career decisions. Information presented in the program is educational in nature and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or employment-law advice.
